Maestro Bobby Ramírez is a distinguished multi-instrumentalist, virtuoso flutist, saxophonist, singer, educator, and bandleader, born in Santa Clara, Camajuaní, Cuba.

With a remarkable career spanning nearly 50 years, Ramírez has established himself as a prolific composer and arranger, creating original works across a diverse range of musical genres. His compositions and arrangements encompass everything from symphonic and classical string ensembles to jazz big band orchestrations and Latin music.

As an internationally acclaimed concert performer, he has released over forty recordings, showcasing his mastery in Cuban music, jazz, classical compositions, and cadenza-style improvisational works. Recognized by critics as one of the finest Cuban-American flutists, his artistry can be heard on platforms such as iTunes, Amazon, and Spotify.

Beyond performance, Ramírez is deeply committed to cultural preservation and education. He is the Founder and President of the Instituto Folklórico Cubano Americano and the Jazzonian—Jazz Museum of Florida, Inc., both based in Hialeah, Florida. Through these organizations, he continues to champion the rich traditions of Cuban and jazz music, inspiring new generations of musicians and audiences alike.
